How quickly can you come out?
Same day where the diary allows, and next day most of the time. Evenings and weekends are normal working hours here rather than an extra — a lot of clearances get done around a tenancy date or a completion.
How do I get a price?
Send a photo. A picture of the load, the room or the garden on WhatsApp is nearly always enough to price a job without anybody coming out, which is why it is the quickest route on this site. A postcode helps.
Do you clear up afterwards?
Yes. The load goes, the floor gets swept, and you are not left with a pile of bits where the furniture was.
Do you cover my area?
Bromley, Orpington and the surrounding towns are covered most weeks, and longer distance moves and deliveries go nationwide. There is a full list on the areas page — and if your postcode is not on it, it is still worth asking.
How much does it cost?
Priced by the size of the load rather than by the hour, so you know what it is before we start. Guide prices are here.

Is there anything you will not take?
There are a few things a waste carrier is not permitted to move without special arrangements — asbestos being the usual one.

Where does the waste actually go?
To a licensed site, with the paperwork to prove it. If waste from your home is fly-tipped the trail leads back to you, which is why you are told to check that whoever takes it away is a registered carrier.
