Removals & Clearances

A single mattress, or the whole house.

Man and van for the moves, a tipper for the heavy loads, and everything taken away in one go. Domestic, trade and commercial.

What we take on

Domestic one day, trade the next

A house clearance in the morning and a nursery run in the afternoon. Same van, same faces, whatever the job is — which is usually what people mean when they call a service reliable.

Waste clearance

House, flat, garage or loft emptied and taken away — furniture, white goods, and the bags that have been in the spare room for three years.Homeowners · tenants · landlords

Garden clearance

Green waste, old decking, broken sheds, rubble and the pile behind the garage. Loaded by hand, with no skip left on the drive.Homeowners · landlords

House removals

A full move, one van or two, packed and loaded carefully. Every review we have mentions how the furniture gets handled.Movers · families

Office moves

Desks, chairs, storage and IT shifted with as little downtime as possible. Evenings and weekends if that works better.Small offices · studios

Furniture delivery

Marketplace finds, auction lots and new furniture collected and delivered where it needs to go.Anyone who bought something too big for the car

Storage moves

Into storage, out of storage, or between units. Loaded, transported and stacked.Movers · businesses

Trade deliveries

Regular runs for suppliers and nurseries — trolleys, pallets and multi-drop. Stock arrives in the same condition it left in.Nurseries · garden centres · suppliers

Commercial clearances

Bars, restaurants and offices stripped out. Fixed seating, tables, chairs and fit-out taken away in one visit, around your closing hours.Licensed premises · offices · landlords

Guide prices

Priced by the load, not by the hour

You know what it costs before anyone starts. No clock running, no surprise at the end. Send a photo and the exact figure comes back.

Single item

price needed

A sofa, a mattress, a fridge. One thing, gone.

Quarter load

price needed

A small clear-out — a shed, a box room, a garage corner.

Half load

price needed

A garden clearance, or a good-sized room.

Full load

price needed

The tipper filled. A flat clearance is usually one or two of these.

House removals and property work are quoted per job, because access, stairs and distance change the answer more than volume does.

Prices cover the labour, the loading and the disposal. confirm what is included — VAT? congestion or ULEZ charge?

The difference

One flat, cleared in a day

Bagged, carried down, loaded and taken away — furniture, white goods and the lot.

Before A living room filled floor to ceiling with bagged household contents, a mattress and boxes before clearance
Every room like this one.
After The same living room emptied, with bare floor and the same orange curtains at the window
Same room, same window, nothing left to carry.

Where it goes

Cleared properly, not fly-tipped

If waste from your home is fly-tipped, the trail leads back to you as well as to whoever dumped it. That is why you are told to check that anyone taking waste away is a registered carrier before you hand it over.

Our waste carrier registration: number needed

You can check any registration on the Environment Agency public register, ours included.

How it works

Three steps, and nobody has to wait in

01

Send a photo

A picture of the load, the room or the garden on WhatsApp. That is nearly always enough to price a job without a visit.

02

Get a price back

A price for the job, confirmed before anything is booked. confirm: fixed price or per load

03

We arrive and clear it

Loaded, swept up and taken away. Same day where the diary allows, and evenings and weekends are not a problem.
